1. What sizes of clothing do you offer for renting? 
We offer a wide range of girls clothing in sizes 1 year - 8 years.This will continue to expand! 

2. How does the rental process work?

To rent an item, simply browse our collection, select the clothing you’d like, and choose your rental dates. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive confirmation of your order via email.

3. What is your rental period?
Our standard rental period is 48 hours/2 days. If you need the item for a longer duration, please contact us for special arrangements.

​4. How do I care for the rented garments? 
We ask that you treat the clothing with care. Please avoid washing, drying, or ironing the items unless specified in the care instructions included with your rental.

5. What if the item is damaged or stained? 
We offer a stain and protection fee of $9 which we recommend to all our customers, ensuring you have that added peace of mind when renting. If the clothing is returned damaged or excessively stained beyond repair, you may be charged a replacement fee which is 100% of the  retail price of the garment. We recommend checking the items upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately.​

6. How do I return rented garments? Items are to be returned in the courier bag provided at the end of the rental period stated on your information card. We book a courier to collect this from your front door at the end of your rental period.  Detailed return instructions will be provided with your order.

7. Can I extend my rental period?Yes! If you would like to extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental period ends. Additional fees will apply.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
