Book Your Rental

Our standard rental period is 48 hours. However, if you require your gown for a longer duration, we are pleased to offer extensions for a small fee of $6 per additional day. Please contact us prior to completing your booking to arrange this!

Recieve Your Gown

Delivery/Pick-Up Options: You can choose to have the gown delivered to your address or if you reside in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty we offer free local pick up from our designated showroom.

Wear and Enjoy

Usage Guidelines: Take a moment to enjoy your gown and capture some precious moments of your little one in it. Please handle it with care and follow our care instructions to keep it in excellent condition. We always love to see photos!

Return the Gown

Return Timeframe: Return the gown as per the agreed return date. We book a courier to collect this from your front door at the end of your rental period.  Detailed return instructions will be provided with your order.

Condition Requirements: Ensure the gown is returned in the same condition it was received clean, undamaged, and free of any stains. We ask that your garment be returned in the canvas bag and sealed in the courier bag provided.

RIP AND STAIN PROTECTION

  • Add Peace of Mind

    Add peace of mind with our Rip & Stain Protection. For a small additional non refundable fee of $9 we’ll cover minor damages such as stains and rips, up to a maximum of $160 NZD per item.


  • Enjoy your special occasion worry-free, knowing that we’ve got you covered for those unexpected mishaps. Make your experience even more enjoyable with this added layer of protection!

  • Damaged Returns

    If the gown is returned stained badly or damaged. beyond repair, the rip and stain protection will not cover the costs and you may be required to pay the total market price of the gown.

Inspection and Charges

Post-Return Inspection: Once we receive the gown, we’ll inspect it for any damage or excessive stains.

Charges for Damage: If the gown is beyond repair, the total RRP will be charged to cover the cost.
